  1. Add yeast cake into 1/2 cup warm water.
  2. Scaled milk and then cool to warm.
  3. Melt 1/4 Cup butter in milk.
  4. Mix all ingredients together.
  5. Turn out on floured board.
  6. Knead.
  7. Cover.
  8. Let rise till double in size.
  9. Shape into rolls.
  10. Brush with milk.
  11. Rise 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  12. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes.
