      This was a great recipe! Extremely easy with clear insructions. I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta & omitted the Parmesan (didn't have any). This makes a ton though! I fed 4 adults & 5 kids ages 9-3 and still have enough left over for 2 adults. The next time I make this I will cut the recipe in half and not use quite as much sauce. It was a lot like a lasagna with shells (though I'm not complaining because it was still fabulous) and I may add some Italian sausage in with the filling and just use plain sauce on top.

      This recipe turned out great! Used homemade spaghetti sauce, and sauteed ground beef with some italian sausage for meat. Had 3 families over (6 adults; 6 kids) and there were still leftovers. Prepared it all ahead so only needed to pop in the oven. Incredibly tasty, and a big hit.

      Delicious, wonderful and easy to make. These were made for a large group young men. We added some french bread and salad and they were loved by all. Made for PAC Fall 2009
