    • 1 (24 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
    • 1/2 cup diced onion
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1/4 lb corned beef
    • 1 cup chopped green pepper

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Dice corn beef similar to size of potatoes in Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion. Chop small onion. Dice green pepper.
    2. 2
      Melt butter in fry pan. Pour Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion, corn beef, diced green pepper and chopped onion into hot frying pan. Fry until potatoes are golden brown.
