  • 1 (24 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
  • 12 cup diced onion
  • 12 cup butter
  • 14 lb corned beef
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper


  1. Dice corn beef similar to size of potatoes in Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion. Chop small onion. Dice green pepper.
  2. Melt butter in fry pan. Pour Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion, corn beef, diced green pepper and chopped onion into hot frying pan. Fry until potatoes are golden brown.
