Easy and so tender!!!! I love this crust.
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 4 ounces butter, cut up
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup water, ice cold
- Blend flour, butter, oil and sale in Cuisinart until crumbly.
- Add water by dribbling and blend until ball forms. Is ok to not use it all.
I've tried this recipe before and it is a good one. I usually reduce the salt a bit, and try not to process it too much. It also freezes well.
