ingredients
- 1587.57-1814.36 g boneless chuck roast, trimmed and sliced
- 118.29 ml soy sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 bay leaf
- 3-4 peppercorns
- 4.92 ml dried rosemary
- 4.92 ml crushed thyme
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- 12 French rolls
directions
- Place roast in 5 quart crock pot.
- Combine next 7 ingredients and pour over the roast.
- Add water to the cooker until the roast is almost covered.
- Cook covered on low 7 hours or until roast is very tender.
- Remove roast and put even amounts on sub rolls.
- Reserve the broth for dipping!
- Enjoy as always!
