Juicy Hamburgers
"My husband found this recipe on the internet somewhere, and it has since become our favorite hamburger recipe. It's fast, easy and is a big hit with everyone so far. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have."

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3⁄4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (I use a bit more)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
directions
- Pre-heat grill for high heat.
- In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together using your hands.
- Form the mixture into eight patties.
- Lightly oil the grill, and then grill for 5 minutes per side, or until well done.

I live in a little place called Lively, it's queit and peaceful and a really great place to raise kids. I am a mother of two, my daughter is 3yrs. and my son is almost 2yrs.. so as you can imagine it's pretty busy around here! I'm fortunate enough to have a husband with a good job so I can stay home with my kids. Before I had my children I was a hairstylist, but now instead of going out to work I do hair in my home during my sons nap, so that really works out well for me.
I don't really enjoy cooking, unless I am really in the right mood for it, however I really like this website because there always seems to be something interesting that I would like to try. So lately I have been trying a new recipe every other day, it's been fun, and the recipes are pretty easy to follow, so that's a bonus, well for me anyway!
My husband and I have started a tradition of cooking toghether every Sunday night. We each choose something new to try at the beginning of the week and then we find a recipe that looks appealing and once we put the kids to bed we take out the wine and start cooking, it's been really fun. So far all of my recipe's have come from this website, he keeps telling me that there are other websites to look at, but why mess with a good thing? Besides I think that it would feel a little bit like cheating!
