Very nice flank steak Hey Jude, I scaled it down to half for the two of us but mainly because I had a small flank steak in the freezer, slightly less than a pound. The only other thing I did was to leave out the honey, (diabetic), other than that followed the recipe as written, it turned out lovely, we used the white wine and minced fresh ginger, love that taste. thanks for sharing.

This was pretty tasty hot, and even tastier on salad the next day. Thanks for posting

This wasn't bad, but seemed like a lot of effort for not much added flavor. Sorry, but we won't make this again.

This was very flavorful and is so easy to make! We did this for our last OAMC cooking session. Put it in the fridge the night before and grilled it on our indoor grill - fantastic!

Excellent flavor, easy to marinade. Grilled on the grill outside, great summer meal. And so easy DH took care of it all.

An excellent marinade! As an OAMC beginner, mixing marinades with meats is one of the easiest ways to stock up the fridge. We broiled our steak in the oven for 6-8 minutes for a perfect medium rare steak. Thanks!

Really good marinade! I used this first on flank steak and again on chicken for skewers when I had family visiting. Works well for both. My SIL asked for the recipe. Thanks!

Yummy! I made this during my last oamc cooking session. Pulled the steak out of the freezer for dh tonight. Lost track of time, and forgot to heat the grill, so I cooked it in the oven instead. Stole a bite before giving it to dh, and it was soooo good. Thanks for sharing. We will have it again soon.

I made this during my once a month cooking blitz in a ziploc bag and threw it into the freezer. Today I defrosted it and and grilled it and then served it to a friend for dinner. (I don't like steak) My husband is taking the leftovers as fajitas tomorrow for lunch. The steak was tender and easy to cut. Thanks for posting this recipe!
