  • 1 (15 ounce) package Green Giant California-Style frozen vegetables
  • 1 12 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (6 ounce) can French's French fried onions
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • salt & pepper

directions

  • Prepare vegetables per package directions, drain.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Pour mixture into greased casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350deg for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.

  1. Made this for Easter dinner and it went over well a vegetable casserole I have always favored. When mixing the casserole it seemed to thick and had a bit of trouble blending everything together. Added a couple tablespoons of cream that was left and mixed everything together one more time before baking. Will make this again! Made and reviewed for Pick A Chef - Spring 2014.
