- 1 (15 ounce) package Green Giant California-Style frozen vegetables
- 1 1⁄2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (6 ounce) can French's French fried onions
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- salt & pepper
directions
- Prepare vegetables per package directions, drain.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour mixture into greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350deg for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Made this for Easter dinner and it went over well a vegetable casserole I have always favored. When mixing the casserole it seemed to thick and had a bit of trouble blending everything together. Added a couple tablespoons of cream that was left and mixed everything together one more time before baking. Will make this again! Made and reviewed for Pick A Chef - Spring 2014.
