I decided to make Juan's Favorite Hot Buttered Garlic Shrimp #54297. It turn out fantastic, so I thought why not try it with chicken, I was very pleased with the results. Smartlilpunkincookie (the chef that created the wonderful shrimp dish) insisted that I post the recipe for the chicken recipe. So here it is, I hope you will enjoy it as much as our family did.

I took a note from Riff and used olive oil in place of the butter and it was definitely a keeper. i'll be making this one regularly. I didn't cut it in half though - I'm going to use the leftovers for chicken sandwiches.
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic (more or less depending on taste)
- garlic powder
- lemon pepper
- cajun seasoning
