  1. Sift together cocoa and 1 cup powdered sugar.
  2. Combine and stir in bourbon and corn syrup.
  3. Add and mix thoroughly vanilla wafers and pecans.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls.
  5. Dredge in remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
