The perfect start to the day, and if you are doing the WW Points program it is only 3 points!
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat milk
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat yogurt (plain or fruit)
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Mix everything up in a blender and drink!
This is my wake=up for the day. I sometimes use low fat soy milk in place milk. Either just taste great. The kiwi fruit keeps the 'not so regular,,,, regular' if you get my drift. LOL Great start to your recipe file sweetie. Luv U, :) Mum alias JenT
Normally I would use a frozen banana for this but I was out so I used a regular one. I also used fat free plain yogurt which I felt gave this too much of a sour taste so I had to add a very generous sprinkle of splenda. I added a handful of ice as well, to make it thicker. Not one I think I'll make a lot, but it was enjoyed for breakfast. Thanks so much!
