Oh my goodness, OH MY GOODNESS! This pie is delicious! And sooooo easy to make! I used my electric mixer instead of folding in the whipped cream because the peanut butter mix was a little stiff and it still turned out fabulous! Great recipe - will store this one for the future!
This was eaten in one night at our house. My hubby and kids couldn't get enough. I followed the recipe as written other then I used Splenda instead of sugar because that is all I buy. I also used a graham cracker crust instead of the chocolate. Yummy!

My pie looks just like the photo by Boomette, and I bet that even with the changes I made it is just as tasty. This pie was easily adapted to one suitable for a diabetic diet, and couldn't have been easier to assemble...got to love no bake desserts! I used low fat cream cheese, Splenda, fat free Cool Whip, and natural peanut butter with excellent results which I swear could fool a non-dieter. Chocolate with peanuts is a dynamite combination, and we think this pie is terrific.
I used only half a cup of sugar. I didn't want it too sweet and that way it's perfect. I love the taste of the peanut butter, cream cheese and cool whip. I would eat it without the chocolate on top. It's a great addition but optional for me. Thanks Mliss :) Made for Newest Zaar Tag.
