Made for Easter Egg Hunt Tag. This was a quick and easy dinner. The only thing that I would do different would be to not add the salt as ours was plenty salty. Other than that this was good and I would make it again. Will be trying it next time with sausage instead of bacon. Thanks for posting this Stacky!

This was a very good recipe. Nice and simple! I think the amounts suggested were perfect and it turned out very well. The only reason I'm not rating it higher, is because I thought it could stand a bit more flavor. Thank you. :-)

This was a really easy & yummy recipe. My family really liked it, and I liked how easy it was. I used 2% milk and low-fat cheddar cheese. To make things easier, I used the pre-cooked bacon & cut it into bits with my kitchen shears. I forgot to add the green onion until I had the frittata already assembled, so I just sprinkled it on top. It was great! Thanks.

Excellent. Whipped it up for guests at brunch and it was a big hit. We used chorizo sausage which worked well.

This was yummy but I had to bake it for 25 minutes in a 450 degree oven. I used 1% milk (3/4 cup)and ham instead of bacon. I also put in mushrooms.

Another one of your Mother's recipes...another delicious meal! I cut it down to 2 eggs,a scant 1/3 cup cream, 1 chopped roma tomato, a sprinkling of nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste. I topped it with mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon the last 5 minutes of baking. It baked perfectly in the 20 minutes as the recipe stated. I served it with crispy hashbrowns. Thanks for sharing your yummy recipe Stacky!!

Wunderbar!!! I have made this twice in the last 3 days! Whipped it up quickly last nite for DS who has high school state tests today for his energy breakfast. Both times I just used 2% milk and whatever meat (ham, bacon or sausage) I have already cooked in the freezer and whatever cheese is leftover in the fridge! Today we cut this into squares and put in on toasted bagels for the kids to take on the way to school. I also used snipped chives instead of the green onions for todays special. I found it freezes well in squares too and reheats like a dream, a great thing for me to grab out of the freezer on my way to work and heat up in the micro for a quick breaky at my desk. THANK YOU STACY...this one is the bomb!!!

Very tasty and super easy! Perfect! I used 1% milk and it worked fine, however it was a little watery at the bottom so I might reduce it to 3/4 cup next time. This recipe is also very versitile, I used a chicken sausage and mushrooms and mixed the cheddar with asiago. Froze the leftovers for the rest of the week. Thanks for a great recipe!

Very, very tasty, and a nice change from the same old weekend breakfast. To lighten it a bit, I used half egg-sub, and fat-free half and half and skim milk combined. Left out the nutmeg and used sharp cheddar. Also had to cook about 5-6 minutes longer because it was still runny in the middle. Will definitely keep this one and make again!
