"My husband took #32888 and changed it enough to make it his own. It's a big hit at family reunions, even with the children! And yes, that's a bulb and not a clove of garlic - when it's fresh, it's favorful but mild."

• Yields: 1 quart

ingredients

• 7 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
• 1 green bell pepper, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 6 -8 green onions, chopped
• 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
• 1 bulb of garlic, minced
• 1⁄4 cup dried cilantro
• 1 lime, juice of
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

1. Add all minced and chopped ingredients together and mix in seasoning well - the night before.
