  • 4 pints apple juice concentrate (reconstituted) or 4 pints regular apple juice
  • 4 pints grape juice concentrate (reconstituted) or 4 pints regular grape juice
  • 1 pint apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups honey (or to taste)

directions

  • Mix all together and keep refrigerated. Stir well (or shake) before drinking.
  • Take 2-4 ounces every morning and every night.
  • Makes approximately 2 1/2 qts. Will keep for up to three weeks in refrigerator.

I live in good ole Mississippi. Although semi-retired, my volunteer churchwork keeps me busier than when I was getting paid to do the same thing (LOL). Cooking has always been appealing to me but baking is my passion. Some of my best creations have resulted from an extremely stressful situation and the need to overcome it. My biggest pet peeve is someone who thinks they know everything about cooking. I'm no spring chicken and there is still plently left for me to learn.
