This litte dish is always asked for when Joe is cooking.


  1. Place onions in sauce pan and cook down until soft; add crushed garlic.
  2. Add butter and when melted, add chicken broth and wine bringing to a hard boil, until alcohol is cooked off.
  3. Throw in shrimp and as soon as the shrimp turns white remove from heat. Season to taste, serve over rice.

This is my third time cooking shirmp since I recently "discovered" it lol. Simple, but tasty recipe. I served this over some of Recipe #226331. Great combo! I didnt use hardly as much butter and used a little more wine than broth. Excellent recipe!
