This salad dressing was a gift from Joel Erlich who featured it as a house dressing in all of his restaurants in California.
- Combine the ingredients in a screw-top jar.
- Cover tightly.
- Shake well.
- Shake again before serving.
Delicious! I thought the garlic somewhat overpowered the other flavors, but my husband said it was perfect, so next time I'll probably just crush one clove instead of the three it took to make a teaspoon. This is going to be my standard Catalina type dressing as it has much less sugar and a pungent blend of spices.
