  • Place puff corn in a large roaster pan.
  • In 2 qt sauce pan, cook together for 2 minutes the following.
  • butter, brown sugar and corn syurp.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add the baking soda (this will cause the mixture to foam--so the 2 qt saucepan is necessary).
  • Pour Carmel mixture over corn.
  • Stir til well mixed.
  • Place in a 250 oven for 45 minutes.
  • Stir at least every 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and pour on wax paper and break apart.
  • Stor in air tight container.
  • **Mayadd peanuts for an extra flavor.
