Mmm! Really good.I had this for lunch today--reduced ingredients to a single serve portion on a thick slice of french bread. Also had to cook the full 15 min to get the bottom crispy. Was terrific as a side dish to my bowl of soup. Can't wait to try it as an appetizer next time. Thanks for posting!!

Wow, this was incredible. I threw this together at the last minute to go with some tri-tip, and it was sooo easy. Thank you for sharing. The only change I made was to put about 1T. of topping on each slice.

This recipe was melt in your mouth and a great appetizer. It was very simple to make and my family gobbled it all up with smiles on their faces!! I will be making this recipe often.

Very tasty... a little less potent flavor than most bruschetta toppings have, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Yummy! It was quick & easy to throw together on the spur of the moment for a mid afternoon snack. I scaled the quantities in half & used a French loaf. The larger size bread pieces meant it was gooier in the center & rather messy to eat - but who cares ..... it was just hubby & myself & it sure tasted good. For company, I'd use a baguette & probably increase the quantity of garlic & herbs. Thanx Pamela!

Good Stuff!! Everyone enjoyed them and said how good they were. I had to cook it for the full 15 minutes to get the bottom crispy. I used Tastefully Simple's Garlic Garlic in place of the garlic and basil because I forgot I was out of Garlic. I cooked these on a baking stone and placed all of the bread close together so that if any mixture fell off it fell onto another piece of bread. These were very quick to make and very simple. These could easily be made ahead for a party. They also reheat pretty well, all though they loose cripness in the microwave (duh!). Thanks for the great recipe!!
