  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In large mixing bowl, cream together butter, crisco, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  • Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda and salt and gradually stir these dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
  • Mix in the macadamia nuts and the white chocolate chips.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool about 8 minutes on the cookie sheets.
  • Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
