Easy and very good and the boys were scarfing it, down..
This was good, but tasted a little strange to me. I didn't care for the sweet, spicy and savory combination of flavors. I cut back the sugar to a half cup and it still seemed too sweet to me. Now I know this combo just isn't my thing. It baked up beautifully though and it was a fun recipe to make. Thanks for posting.
This is ridiculously good. RIDICULOUSLY good!!! I ate three giant pieces of it before it even cooled down. Make it. Make it now!
I made this using 3 homegrown tomatoes, and they were rather large. I could tell when I was processing the mixture that I shouldn't have added that 3rd tomato because they were too big and the batter was watery. I tried to counter this by adding (proportionately) more of the dry ingredients. My bread baked but the center was like a pudding. I certainly hope to make this again, because I loved the flavor and think it would make excellent toast or garlic cheesey bread. Thanx for sharing.
this turned out very well, I omitted the cilantro as I did not have any, I increased the jalapeno pepper to two, this time I made on the food processor next time I will try it with my KA mixer, thanks for sharing Mike!
Yummy! I didn't have any fresh jalepeno, so used pickled - came out lovely. Will make again!
DELICIOUS!!! The only thing I did differently is I didn't roast the jalapeno, I just seeded it and chopped up and threw it in the mix. Wonderful color, superb taste, and my 5 and 3 year old loved it!
