super good! I mixed with chives instead of onion and cooked for 1:30 at first, and then in 30 second increments until done.

I am giving this recipe 5 stars even though the eggs turned out a little tough. I followed the recipe exactly but neglected to take my microwave wattage into account, so that was my fault. After reading all the reviews I will add a little extra milk, make sure I use a little bit bigger container and only microwave for about 50 seconds the 2nd round. I will make these again and again. Thanks for the recipe!

Quick and easy, I used 3tsp evaporated milk, no issues with dryness. Will cook them again.

I used 6 eggs which more than adequate for 4 of us with toast and bacon. I was impressed with the volume of egg I ended up with and after the final 2 1/2 minutes there was still a small amount of liquid but giving it a good stir it soon disappeared which I think gave a fluffier result than cooking it completely though to be honest I still prefer the texture from cooking in the frypan. Due to allergy issues I did have to omit the onion and will certainly be using this recipe when we have our annual holidays as I am limited to a small 2 element hot plate and a microwave. Thank you tuttifruiti and to nemokitty who recommended the recipe in I Recommend Tag game.

This was certainly easy--though I do agree with a couple of the other reviews that the eggs seemed a little dry (and I did add an extra 1 1/2 tsp of milk, plus some cheese half-way through). And I must say that I like them better in a pan on the stove top, but for an easy and quick breakfast, I will definitely be making these again! (There isn't always time for a pan!) Next time, I may add a little butter as well... Thank you for the breakfast!

This was ok for us. The eggs seemed a little dry. I guess I prefer them sauteed in the pan.

Nice and fluffy. Only thing I did different was cook them the first half on 80% power and the second half on 60%. Great for when the grandkids are over and I need something quick and easy. Thanks for sharing.

Terrific! Did it with one egg, some Parmesan, a scallion and skim milk; nuked it on high for 45 seconds, then two 20-second intervals. Made a really lovely egg, with no clean-up. I greatly appreciate this method -- no more pans to scour. Thanks so much for posting this!

I prepare eggs this way at least once a week for breakfast, and sometimes twice, especially if I want this for a light dinner, too. As a matter of fact, about the only time I every actually use the stove to cook Scrambled Bread, I can't remember the last time I didn't use the MW method. Like ovens, all MWs are a bit different, so each chef may need to tweak the cooking time till you reach perfection in your particular unit.

I made these because my only pan was occupied at the time with cooking bacon and I was in a hurry to finish making breakfast. I was a bit scared to microwave the eggs since I thought maybe they would come out tough. Microwaving them in increments like this seems to take care of that though; they were nice and fluffy. This was so easy to make and clean up that I think I will be doing this more often now.

It was the first day of school and I wanted a quick and easy breakfast for my son. We tried this and it worked perfectly. My son said they were the best eggs ever! I didn't add the onions.

Cooked without onions as a quick lunch for my two toddlers. I used the four eggs and cooked for 2 minutes, added a handful of shredded cheese and only needed another 40 seconds to cook, any longer and the eggs would have been tough. Nice and quick and no crusty egg to scrape off! :-)

Great way to cook eggs in a hurry. I used skin milk and did 2 eggs for 35 seconds each round. *Make sure to use a bowl/dish large enough to handle the eggs expanding about 50% in size during the cooking process!

On a whim and not wanting to dirty a pan, lol...I made these eggs. I used 6 eggs, 4 tablespoons of milk. After the first 2 minutes when I went to stir the eggs, I added some cheese and crumbled bacon. I put on for the next 1.5 minutes and they turned out PERFECT!! My girls and I ate them all :) Our microwave is 1300 watts and the timing was just right for that wattage, but I feel if I had used only 4 eggs, I would have needed less time. Thanks for a great, no mess and quickie breakfast!! I will definitely be using the microwave more often now for doing our scrambled eggs!!

Nice and easy way to cook eggs. I used skim milk and 2 eggs plus 4 egg whites for the 4 eggs called for. I enjoyed it as lunch with some steamed spinach.
