Not sure where I found this, but it sounds simple and delicious.
- 1 medium jicama, peeled and thinly sliced
- lime juice
- 1 -2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Arrange jicama slices on a large serving plate; sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Sprinkle with lime juice and cilantro and serve.
Yum! Even my 6 year old likes this and she's having some to school today :).
