Ingredients

  • 29.58 ml butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 354.88 ml sour cream
  • 59.14 ml sugar
  • 4.92 ml vanilla
  • 1.23 ml salt
  • 118.29 ml orange juice
  • 12 frozen blintzes (I like blueberry best, but apple or cheese is fine too...or mix & match)

Directions

  1. Melt butter and pour into casserole dish.
  2. Line blintzes on top.
  3. Beat eggs.
  4. Combine eggs with sour cream, sugar, vanilla, salt & OJ.
  5. Pour over blintzes, JUST to barely cover blintzes (discard the rest).
  6. Bake 300 degrees for 1 hour until slightly browned on top.
