  • Heat oven to 350°F Line a 8x8 -inch pan with foil and spray with a nonstick spray.
  • Melt margarine and chocolate in a medium saucepan over a low heat, stirrin often. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar and remaining ingredients, except the peppermint patties.
  • Pour half of the batter into the lined baking dish. Then sprinkle cut up peppermint patties over top of batter. Add remaining batter and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Cool and frost with your favorite frosting, then enjoy!

  1. I used real butter, and doubled this recipe (using only 5 eggs) to bake in a 13" x 9" pan. Baked at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes. Didn't bother with frosting or chopping the mints. The white layer of whole mints makes for a beautiful presentation when the brownies are sliced and served. Very decadent!

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
