Yummy Snack Bars! Watch for Cherry pits when grinding!
- 2 cups dates
- 2 cups dried cherries
- 2 cups roasted and salted cashews
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- Grind Cherries, Dates and Cashews in a meat grinder.
- Add in Peanut Butter and Honey.
- Press into a baking sheet.
- Cut Bars to desired size.
- Wrap in wax paper or put into snack size plastic baggies.
