Surprisingly sweet smoothie. I drink 1 1/2 cups after a workout for a lowcal recovery snack.
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy protein isolate
- 8 -10 ice cubes
- Peel the fruit and drop into the blender pitcher.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add more ice if you like it frosty!
