Easy tasty Caribbean glaze for meat. What's better than that? :) posted for ZWT5

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 teaspoon jerk seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons runny honey
  • 2 teaspoons dark rum

Directions

  1. Combine seasoning, honey and rum. Brush onto meat just before and during grilling.
  2. Make up to 1 month in advance, cover and refrigerate.

This glaze is tasty as written! I can't wait to try it on my grilled chicken tonight. The flavors are sweet, with the rum undertone, and the spiciness of the jerk seasoning thrown in! Thanks, Pneuma, for sharing a great recipe. Made for ZWT 5.
