This is a great soup recipe I found on It's very simple to make and has only 3 POINTS per serving!

I made this soup 2 days after Thanksgiving. Yesterday I made stock out of a turkey carcass and tonight made this soup from the left over meat. This is CRAZY good! I doubled the recipe and added an additional 2 cups of stock. I cooked it on the stove top for about 2 hours. These minor changes are all that I made and it turned out great! Thanks Ally for posting.
