      This was a really great recipe! Even though I love Tilapia, I sometimes find most recipes leave it bland, but not this one. The jerk seasoing really spices things up!

      I enjoyed this simple recipe immensely. My family had given up on my ever creating a flavorful fish dish, but I think I won on this one. We're actually split on this; my sons and I enjoyed it, my husband didn't care for the seasoning or the texture of the fish, which I think I cooked just right. I had a bit of trouble with it sticking to the pan, if you have any hints about that. I do think it's important to cook the first side for just the three minutes before flipping them. They stuck a bit after cooking the second side. I served it with lemon, plain greek yogurt, basmati rice, and roasted parsnips and carrots. Thanks for posting!
