      After making as posted, I thought the marinade was good, but needed something else so I added 2 cloves of pressed garlic. The chicken turned out delicious, but needed salt to taste. I thought the salsa had a nice flavor, but needed a bit more tang or something....maybe some crushed red peppers or a little more vinegar. I was also thinking of adding 1 cup of a favorite salsa instead of the tomatoes. Thanks for sharing this, it was a delicious dinner. :-)

      I loved the marinade but left out the cinnamon adn nutmeg as dont like in this type of dish. The chicken tasted wonderful after grilling. I think I will decrease the amount of tomato and increase the amount of mango. Also, I added a bit of jalapeno to the salsa

      The taste of the chicken was wonderful and earns this recipe a 5 rating. It is a good dish to serve guests because all the prep can be done way ahead of time. I would prefer a sweeter salsa...we did not really like the cilanto taste (will substitute parsley next time). Also I will cut the amount of tomato down so the taste of the mango is more predominant. I will be making this again soon....loved the chicken!
