  • Cream together first three ingredients. Blend in light corn syrup and pinch of salt. Stir in eggs and 1 tsp of vanilla. Add flour and mix well. Pour into ungreased 9X13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • While brownies are cooking, prepare frosting. Mix together powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/3 stick butter, 3 tsp cocoa, and 3 TBSP peanut butter. Add milk, a TBSP at a time, until creamy. Brownies may be frosted warm.

  2. Mmmm, awesome peanut butter brownies made ooey-er and gooey-er with the peanut butter/chocolate frosting. How can you go wrong? I halved the recipe to make a 8x8 sized pan and it worked out perfectly. Great recipe Brooke, thanks for sharing! Made for Pick-A-Chef Fall 2011.
