- 473.18 ml quick-cooking oatmeal or 473.18 ml white bread, torn into cubes
- 236.59 ml milk (I use skim)
- 907.18 g lean ground beef
- 118.29 ml onion, chopped
- 9.85 ml salt (to taste)
- 3.28 ml black pepper (to taste)
- 118.29 ml ketchup

BBQ Sauce
- 236.59 ml water
- 236.59 ml ketchup
- 78.78-118.29 ml cider vinegar
- 44.37 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 44.37 ml brown sugar (brown sugar Splenda is fine)
- 226.79 g can pineapple tidbits, drained or 226.79 g can crushed pineapple
- 2.46 ml mustard or 2.46 ml Dijon mustard
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Soak bread or oatmeal in milk until softened.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining meatball ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add soaked bread and mix well (I add any remaining liquid).
- Form into large meatballs and place into an ungreased 9x13" casserole.
- Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs.
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes for large meatballs, or 25 minutes if you prefer mini meatballs.
