  1. Mix water and sugar. Make a simple syrup. When sugar is melted add fruits (sueeze them alittle to extract juices) and let it cook down some. When syrup is cooled strain out any fruit pieces .Mix simple syrup, triple sec and wine to taste. Add more or less syrup depending on how sweet you like your sangria. The recipe calls for equal parts but you may not like it that sweet. Add sliced fruits. Serve over ice and enjoy!
