This is a recipe that I made years and years ago at a mother-daughter activity and is just your basic, simple enchilada recipe. I think I like it because it is just sooo easy and super fast to make!
- Mix soup & sour cream. Add chicken, grated cheese & chilies. Mix.
- Divide mix between tortillas, roll up.
- Put on baking sheet.
- Pour over sauce.
- Bake 30 min on 350 degrees.
Quick and easy to prepare and taste great - what more could you want in a recipe. DH and I both enjoyed this for dinner last night and will be making again. Made for Spring PAC 2011
