For all you ham lovers. From a community book, this one is from Shirley Low.
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 cup apple jelly (or currant jelly)
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve with ham.
Sorry about this review but nobody liked this sauce at all. Everyone was brave enough to try a bit but it was thrown out. I highly recommend to anyone making this to reduce the cloves substantially. It was overpowering.
