I made this for Christmas Eve Dinner, with a few additions I used parfait glasses, layering lime jello/ice-cream mix. a thin layer of plain lime jello, a layer of cherry/ice-cream mix, a thin layer of plain cherry jello, and top it off with dream whip and green sprinkles. It was very festive looking.

We make this every now and then when we're in a dessert mood. We love it with chocolate ice cream and orange or strawberry jello.
