ingredients

  • 2 cups jello prepared gelatin, any flavor made according to package directions (I use Sugar Free)
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk

  • Mix prepared Jello and milk in a blender for about 5 seconds. Pour in to two glasses and enjoy.
