OK so you want a shake but your on a diet, what do you do? I came up with this refreshingly different drink as an answer to that question.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups jello prepared gelatin, any flavor made according to package directions (I use Sugar Free)
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk


  1. Mix prepared Jello and milk in a blender for about 5 seconds. Pour in to two glasses and enjoy.

This is sooo good!! I used sugar-free cherry jello and 1% milk. The possibilities are endless and this is the first time my 4yr DS said he liked jello!! Made for Photo Tag (24hour rule).
