- 2 (170.09 g) package Jello gelatin (lemon is good)
- 946.38 ml vanilla ice cream
- peach slices (optional)
directions
- Make the jello according to directions on package and let set until it mounds when spooned.
- Then beat in the ice cream, add fruit if you're going to, and let it set completely in the refrigerator. Or put it in a pie crust and top with whipped cream. Black raspberry and black cherry work really well, too.
