    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350.

      Spray or grease 12 cup and 6 cup muffin tins.
    3. 3
      Mix together flour, sugar, orange zest, nutmeg, cinnamon, nuts and ginger in large bowl.

      In another large bowl mix oil,juice, buttermilk, vanilla, orange extract and eggs.
    5. 5
      Mix together the dry ingredients to the wet in three batches. Mix only until the dry ingredients are incorporated.

      Bake for 15 minutes or until brown.
