- 80 frozen meatballs (1 package)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup catsup
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pineapple chunks
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 1⁄2 cups pineapple juice
- 8 teaspoons cornstarch
- Add sauce ingredients in sauce pan and heat until thick.
- Add sauce and meatballs to crockpot.
- Serve when warm.
