I made this (with a different swiss) and at tasted great!
This tastes fantastic but mine separated and was pooled in oil. I will try it again and not cook it as long to see if that makes a difference.
Love this dip with wheat thins! My mom makes it with shredded onions, but I find running them through the food processor is faster. Recipe also works out fine for me when I just eyeball the measurements.
Very good & I recieved rave reviews from Norwegians, who live off Jarlsberg. I made it ahead and stuck it in the fridge for 4 hours and it turned out perfect.
Oh my gosh this is good. It was great on crackers and I also put it over some mahi mahi and baked it. Yum yum.
