The grocery store was handing out samples of this dip along with the recipe. Watch out - it's rich!
- Mix all together thoroughly& place (uncovered) in rectangular glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until it starts to brown and bubble.
- Serve with baguette bread slices.
- Best made a day ahead, refrigerated, and then reheated in microwave oven or regular oven.
I made this (with a different swiss) and at tasted great!
This tastes fantastic but mine separated and was pooled in oil. I will try it again and not cook it as long to see if that makes a difference.
Love this dip with wheat thins! My mom makes it with shredded onions, but I find running them through the food processor is faster. Recipe also works out fine for me when I just eyeball the measurements.
