Great recipe! It's very Japanese-tasting and so quick and easy to prepare. The toasted sesame seeds were the perfect finish.
Very good. I made the recipe as directed except for cooking the zucchini until it was soft. DH loved this great side dish.
This is great when you don't know what else to do with zucchini. I added some minced garlic but that's all I did differently. Loved that it was not too firm and not too soggy. Great side dish. Thanx!
This is a great dish, just loved it added fresh mushrooms also.
Love this, and have made it a dozen times just like the recipe calls for. If I want it more sechzwan, I add some red pepper flakes. I usually make extra and then put it over rice for an easy lunch while at work. Awesome recipe Mariah.
What a WONDERFUL recipe! I love making my own "hibachi" food at home and haven't gotten this part of the meal down...until now. I didn't add the sesame seeds and probably cooked it for 10-15 minutes, but it was fabulous! I will be making this many, many more times in the future-thank you SO MUCH!
Great recipe! I also added some fresh sliced mushrooms. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
I made this recipe with 3 zucchini and omitted the onions. My 5 year old son, who loves Japanese food, said that mine were better than the Japanese restaurant's. Now that's a complement!
This is a great recipe! :) Sometimes I also add sesame oil. Thanks
