I found this recipe while searching for Asian dressings. This is suppose to be like most Japanese restaurant's house dressings. Posted for Zaar World tour 2005.

  1. In a blender, combine the minced onion, peanut oil, rice vinegar, water, ginger, celery, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper . Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ingredients are well-pureed.

Yummy! This is so good! I halved the recipe because I have a bad habit of not using leftover dressing, but I really wish I would have made the whole recipe, because it is just that good :)

Excellent recipe. Taste just like Japanese restaurant's dressing. I can't help but drink the leftover in the bowl.
