Cook 4 hrs
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon bottled horseradish, drained
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- Force garlic through a press into a bowl and stir together with remaining ingredients.
- Chill sauce at least 4 hours & up to 3 days.
I made this exactly according to the recipe. Everyone was wild for it! It has just enough zing to it. Very good mix of flavors. We used those really big prawns and just dipped away. You have a winner here, Gay!! Thanks for sharing!
When I made it I hit it a little too hard with the horse radish. But it was great anyway just a little too strong. That was my fault.
