We love the dressing from our favorite Japanese restaurant and this is as close as we could come to duplicating it.
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 3⁄4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Keep refrigerated.
- I'm guessing on the amount of servings. I guess it depends on how much dressing you like on your salad.
Yum - I'll be making my own salad dressing from now on!
