    I haven't tried this recipe, but i thought it sounded delicious. It was given to me by my best friend. It's a specialty of her mom's.

    Ingredients:

    Serves: 4-6

    Yield:

    pie

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Mix sugar,eggs,melted butter. Then stir in vinegar; mix well.

      Add coconut and raisins.
    3. 3
      Mix ingredients well.
    4. 4
      Pour into pie shell.

      Bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes, until brown on top.
